Timeline

Purple dots = image blends (top) · teal dots = focus cues (bottom). Drag a dot to move it · click empty space to jump there.

Drag a row's number to reorder (images swap slots; the cue times stay put). Drop image, audio, .glb or show files anywhere on the page to add them.
Keyframes: the ◇ beside any slider records its value at the playhead; amber diamonds on the strip show them (click one to delete). During playback the slider glides between its keyframes; touching it by hand takes over until the next one.

A show file carries everything — settings, scenes, timeline, focus cues, MIDI map — except the audio itself (it names the expected track).

Focus Layer — centre overlay

Each cue holds for its duration (seconds), fading in and out. 3D models (.glb) rotate in true 3D via the Spin slider. O = show/hide   Shift+O = next cue now.

Palette engine

Stops

The swatches are live: they show the palette as it is right now, and it slides continuously. Evolve speed sets how fast the colour roams; Wander range sets how far from home it may go. Every palette is built from a harmonic relationship and a warm/cool split, so it can change forever without landing anywhere ugly. Picking a stop by hand locks the engine.

Triggers — which sound drives what

Live spectrum with each trigger's frequency region; drag a region's top corners to retune it. A trigger fires only when its own band jumps and its guard bands don't, so a snare can't fire the kick. With a track loaded the whole file is analysed once and every hit is mapped exactly; mic input detects live.

Output

Output window: drag it to the projector, double-click it for fullscreen. Keep this control window visible (not minimised) — hidden tabs pause rendering.

Performance keys (silent, never shown on screen):
Space or P = play/pause   M = menu   F = fullscreen   H = hide UI
Shift+→ / Shift+← = blend next / previous image
↑ / ↓ = reflections + / −    = / − = zoom in / out
] / [ = brighter / darker    . / , = crisper / dreamier
X / Z = master speed + / −    W = light wave    1–4 = recall scene
O = focus layer on/off    Shift+O = next focus cue
E / Shift+E = echo trails more / less    N = new palette now    K = keyframe the last-touched slider
Click any slider's number to type an exact value.
Touch: swipe left/right = blend next/previous    pinch = zoom    double-tap = menu
Zoom and reflections glide smoothly — tap or hold their keys mid-mix.
